Goldberg Kohn Principal Jonathan Cooper will participate in a panel discussion entitled "Lending Trends in Today's Volatile Markets" at the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors' (AIRA) Chicago Regional Conference on March 2, 2009.
The panel will discuss, among other compelling topics, deal structures and work-out strategies pertaining to the current market.
The Conference will also cover topics such as the impact of the credit meltdown, leading trends in today's volatile markets, distressed sales in a buyers' market, financial reporting, liability of trustees, and the outlook under the new Chief Executive.
